who we are

Porto Bake House is an American-style bakery and catering company in Porto, founded in 2025. We specialize in fresh, made-from-scratch baked goods, using high-quality ingredients and American baking techniques.

WHY it started

The idea for Porto Bake House began at Café Passaporte, the specialty coffee shop I opened in Porto in 2023. I started baking small things I love to enjoy with coffee: bagels, cookies, muffins and more. The response was overwhelmingly positive and people kept asking for more. I realized there weren’t many option in the city for American baked goods which lead to expanding into the Porto Bake House kitchen. The recipes continue to be inspired from my hometown and everything I learned growing up baking with my dad and grandmas. Baking has always been a passion of mine and getting to bake for my new community in Porto is a dream come true!
